There are many people and especially those who are related to basketball, need to work hard in order to improve their jump. However, you are advised to follow some of the basic points and techniques along with your current basketball training schedule to fasten the process.

You should jog on a regular basis along with this you should also jump consistently with the help of jumping rope. Another important thing you should not forget is to work hard on your toes as they contribute a lot to the pushing power of your feet, which basketball needs badly.
